abstract submission

Notice - General programme: abstract submission for presentation is now closed. Abstract length is strictly limited to 1500 signs, spaces included. Important: abstract final acceptance will be notified in May provided payement of the registration fees (see below). Maximum poster size: 100 x 120 cm.

Prices are given in Euro. The preferred method is secure online payment by credit card (VISA or Mastercard). We can also accept cheque in Euro or Sterling. Should you wish to pay by cheque please first contact: frank.cezilly@u-bourgogne.fr. Student registration must be accompanied by a letter/email from their supervisor to confirm their status.

Early registration (before April 30th), includes tea, coffee, lunches, and wine reception :
- Full fee: 250 euros
- Student Fee: 150 euros
Late registration (from May 1st), includes tea, coffee, lunches, and wine reception :
- Full fee: 300 euros
- Student fee: 180 euros
Banquet and party
- full fee: 45 euros
- student fee: 30 euros
