Science market: workshops and symposia

A distinctive feature of the ECBB, the Science Market is for any topic that fits within the study or animal behaviour and may have various formats (round table discussion, film presentation, symposium, poster-discussions, discussion of grant application, workshops). We have reserved a number of rooms of various sizes for parallel sessions lasting for 2 to 3 hours. We ask for suggestions on the Science Market to be made ASAP to bruno.faivre@u-bourgogne.fr and gabriele.sorci@u-bourgogne.fr (subject ECBB Science Market). The deadline for submitting a proposal for the Science Market is 30 January. The selected organizers will then be asked to coordinate their session. Abstracts talks should be submitted for inclusion in the abstract book. Workshops and symposia programme:

Spoken and poster papers

We are able to accommodate spoken and posters papers (size: 100 x 120 cm) related to the conference's special focus, or any other area of behavioural biology, within or outside the Science Market. Two poster sessions (with drinks) will be scheduled from 17h30 to 19h on two different days. See abstract submission page. The deadline for submitting a proposal for the Science Market is 30 January. The deadline for abstract submission is 30th March. (See other important dates.) Abstracts will not be accepted without the registration fee. The duration of a spoken presentation is 12 min (+ 3 min for questions). Please, be sure that your Powerpoint is compatible with Windows XP (especially if your are using Windows Vista). Some computers will be available at the congress site in order to check your presentation.
